At GerrardGee Photography, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations made at least two weeks before the scheduled session will receive an 80% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made one week before the session will receive a 30% refund of the deposit.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than a week before the session are non-refundable.
This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team, as significant time and resources are dedicated to planning your session.
